A fully equipped shared kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with bathtub and shower complete this level. Upstairs, you'll find another living/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, and TV, a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and dining area, a small bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 and a crib, and a guest WC. Both units offer plenty of dishes, pots, pans, spices, tea, and coffee. Wi-Fi and access to a shared playground are also available. Enjoy the beautiful mountain view from your private balcony and listen to the birds—some views are even possible from the bed. A shared parking space is available at the house. Pets are welcome (fence at least 1 meter high). Out of consideration for other guests and neighbors, events are not permitted.
